Ordering Platform: All orders are placed online through our Shopify platform. We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible.
24-48 Hour Turnaround: To qualify for our 24-48 hour turnaround, please ensure:
Colour Matching: We do not provide colour matching services. If you need specific colour matching, please contact us before placing your order.
Colour Accuracy: The colours you see on your screen may not always print out exactly as expected. Variations can occur due to different screen calibrations and printing processes.
Shipping: Shipping is handled via our courier services or Australia Post, depending on your location. Please note that their delivery timeframes are beyond our control.
Artwork: We do not adjust or edit artwork or files supplied to us in any way. Please be sure that you have checked your artwork against our artwork guidelines before uploading it to our website.
When making a purchase, you may be required to provide information including, but not limited to, your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods in connection with your purchase, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We may use third-party services to facilitate payment and order fulfilment. By submitting your information, you authorise us to share it with these third parties as necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product or service availability, errors in the description or price, or if fraud or unauthorised or illegal transactions are suspected.
Mistakes can happen as part of being human. If an error was made with your order, we will always assist in the best way we possibly can. Please call or email us as soon as possible to inform us of any errors.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Press&Peel and its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these terms.
Press&Peel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any third party conduct or content on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
These Terms of Trade shall be interpreted under the laws of NSW, Australia. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

To qualify for 24-48 hour turnaround:
1. Place your order before 12pm on any weekday.
2. Your artwork must be ready to go, and requires no adjusting by us.
3. Order 5 gang sheets or less.
PS. We move fast, however weekends don't count in the timeframe.
