PRESSING

Do you have instructional videos for how to press and peel?

We will have plenty of videos coming very soon!

How long do I press the transfer film for?

A quick 10-second press – it's practically a high-five.

You might need to slightly adjust this depending on your particular press, and what you are pressing onto.

What is the best type of press to use?

Any press that knows how to squeeze. Pressure is key.

There are a lot of options out on the market specifically designed for DTF transfer, even presses custom made for pressing onto hats!

What temperature does the heat press need to be?

The ideal temperature is 155 degrees, combined with a lot of pressure to ensure the film bonds to the fabric properly.

PEELING

Do I peel the film off quickly or slowly?

Peel the film off in one swift, quick movement.

How long do I wait before I peel the transfer?

Wait until the film has cooled to room temperature and then peel, in one swift, quick action.

You don't want to peel slowly as this can damage the print.
